Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Company (00840) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 June 2014 rose 37.7% year-on-year to Rmb690,000.
Its basic earnings per share were Rmb0.1 cent.
Total operating revenue was Rmb411 million, an increase of 4.6% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin dropped to 8% from 8.3% a year earlier, which was mainly due to decrease in selling prices of products.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
