Sino Hotels (01221) said its net profit attributable to shareholders for the year ended 30 June 2014 dropped 2.6% year-on-year to HK$234.5 million.
Its basic earnings per share were HK24.62 cents.
The revenue was HK$329 million, a decrease of 0.75% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK4 cents (2013: HK4 cents) per share, with an option of electing to receive the final dividend in new shares in lieu of cash, payable on or about 3 December.
