Top Form International (00333) said it reported a profit attributable to owners of HK$37.03 million for the year ended 30 June 2014, as compared to the loss of HK$4.69 million for the same period in 2013.
Its basic earnings per share were HK17 cents.
The revenue was HK$1,132 million, an increase of 7.3% from a year earlier.
The proposed final and special dividend are HK5 cents (2013: nil) and HK5 cents (2013: nil) per share, payable on 20 November.
