SITC International (01308) said its profit attributable to owners of the parent for the six months ended 30 June 2014 rose 8.9% year-on-year to US$55.78 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were US2.16 cents and US2.15 cents.
The revenue was US$658 million, an increase of 10.7% from a year earlier, which was primarily attributable to the continuous growth in the shipping and freight forwarding volume in both sea-freight and land-based logistic business.
The gross profit margin increased from about 10.5% to 12.4%.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
