Agile Property (03383) said its pre-sales value was Rmb2.51 billion in August, an increase of 5.9% month-on-month, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) pre-sold of 313,000 square metres.
The average selling price was Rmb8,010 per square metre.
For the first eight months of 2014, the accumulated pre-sales value was Rmb26.54 billion with corresponding GFA pre-sold of about 2.81 million square metres. The average selling price was Rmb9,437 per square metre.
