Powerlong Real Estate (01238) said its contracted sales value and contracted sales area in August amounted to about Rmb860 million and 88,952 square metres, an increase of 21.6% and a decrease of 26.2% from a month earlier.
For the first eight months of 2014, the total contracted sales value and contracted sales area amounted to about Rmb5,256 million and 640,380 square metres, an increase of about 30.3% and 33% over the same period last year.
