Hopson Development (00754) said its contracted sales for the eight months ended 31 August 2014 amounted to about Rmb2,863 million, a decrease of 62.22% over same period of last year, with sales of gross floor area of about 198,345 square metres.
For the eight months ended 31 August 2014, the average selling price of contracted sales recorded Rmv14,433 per square metre, a drop of 13.77% year-on-year.
In August, the Group recorded a single month's contracted sales of around Rmb707 million.
