China Tianyi (00756) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 rose 74.2% year-on-year to Rmb117 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb9 cents.
The revenue was Rmb569 million, an increase of 8.3% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin slightly decreased to about 36.6% from 37.7%.
No final dividend will be distributed (2013: HK2.5 cents).
