Bossini International (00592) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 surged 4.7 times year-on-year to HK$127 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK7.83 cents and HK7.78 cents.
The revenue was HK$2,548 million, an increase of 1.2% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin rose 3 percentage points year-on-year to 51%.
The proposed final dividend and special final dividend is HK3.17 cents (2013: HK0.6 cents) and HK1.56 cents (2013: HK0.6 cent) per share, payable on 27 November.
