New Media Group (00708) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 dropped 50.5% year-on-year to HK$11.02 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK1.28 cents.
The turnover was HK$456 million, a decrease of 7.99% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK0.13 cent (2013: HK0.4 cent) per share, payable on 17 December.
