Tianneng Power (00819) said it proposes to issue the second tranche of corporate bonds of an aggregate principal amount of Rmb400 million with a term of six years.
The proceeds will be applied for investments in the business projects of the Group, including newly developed batteries production capacity expansion and recycled lead production capacity expansion.
