Honghua Group (00196) said it agreed to issue 7.45% senior notes due 2019 in the aggregate principal amount of US$200 million.
The estimated net proceeds of about US$195 million will be used primarily to refinance certain of its existing indebtedness, including all outstanding amounts under the term loan facility agreement, and to a lesser extent, for general corporate purposes.
HSBC, Citi, Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners in connection with the notes issue.
