Richfield Group (00183) said it reported a profit attributable to owners of HK$10.5 million for the year ended 30 June 2014, as compared to the loss of HK$195 million for the previous financial year.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK0.3 cent.
The revenue was HK$560 million, an increase of 4.58 times from a year earlier, which was mainly attributable to the increase in revenue of the property development business. Gross profit jumped 2.16 times year-on-year to HK$198 million.
No final dividend will be distributed.
