Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical (00587) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 rose 53.03% year-on-year to HK$341 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK8.65 cents and HK8.62 cents.
The revenue was HK$1.86 billion, an increase of 6.03% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK3.6 cents (2013: HK2.3 cents with special dividend of HK4 cents), with a bonus issue of shares on the basis of 1 new ordinary share for every 5 existing ordinary shares, which will be payable on 23 January 2015.
