South China Financial (00619) said the discussions between Chairman Ng Hung Sang and other shareholders, who are interested in 59.38% stake in total, with the potential purchaser about the possible acquisition of South China Financial shares has discontinued and the MOU has been terminated.
The company has applied for the resumption of trading this afternoon.
