China Assurance Finance Group (08090) said it expects to record a significant increase in loss for the nine months ended 30 September 2014 as compared to that for the corresponding period in 2013.
Such expected increase in loss was primarily attributable to, among other things, the one-off and non-cash share option expenses related to the granting of certain share options on 20 November 2013 and 10 July 2014 as the relevant vesting condition has been fulfilled; increase in administrative and operating expenses; and increase in the finance cost incurred from the short-term loan.
Its quarterly results announcement is expected to be published by mid-November.
