Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit (01319) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 31 August 2014 surged 143.8% year-on-year to HK$36.82 million.
Its basic earnings per share were HK8.2 cents.
The turnover was HK$68.82 million, an increase of 63.8% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK2.4 cents (2013: nil) per share, payable on 23 December.
