Ping An Bank, a subsidiary of Ping An Insurance (02318), said its net profit for the three months ended 30 September 2014 rose 34.98% year-on-year to Rmb5,622 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb49 cents. Operating income grew 43.1% year-on-year to Rmb19,918 million.
For the first nine months of 2014, Ping An Bank's net profit rose 34.18% year-on-year to Rmb15,694 million. Operating income gained 46.34% to Rmb54,651 million.
