Vigers Research said a total of 97 flats were sold during the weekend, representing a 10% decline from 108 deals recorded in the previous weekend.
"Mont Vert" Phase I & II have recorded a total of 889 transactions so far, accounting for 90% of the total units for sale, cashing in more than HK$5.4 billion. Separately, 76 units at "Discovery Bay" Phase 15 Positano have been launched and 65 sales have been recorded since June, accounting for 85% of the available units, fetching over HK$1.6 billion of sales revenue.
