Vigers Research cited data from the Land Registry indicating that a whole floor of 6,330 square feet at Lemmi Centre in Kwun Tong was sold to Lam Kin Ming, the boss of Big Honor Entertainment for HK$41 million, or HK$6,477 psf.
According to the market sources, the owner bought the property for HK$18.23 million in early 2009, recognising a gross profit of HK$22.76 million in five years.
