Vigers Research said a 500 square feet street shop at Chungking Mansions in Tsim Sha Tsui has been transacted for HK$19.8 million.
The property is currently leased to two tenants (currency exchange company and phonecard store) for HK$61,000 per month.
Besides, a street shop at Grandeur Garden in Tai Wai has been sold for HK$30.8 million. The investor bought the property at HK$21 million at the end of 2013. The shop is currently leased to a noodle restaurant for HK$79,000 per month.
