ENN Energy (02688) said its controlling shareholder ENN Group International Investment (EGII) yesterday purchased 1.07 million shares on stock exchange at an average price of HK$46.107 per share.
EGII is beneficially owned as to 50% by Wang Yusuo, the chairman and an executive director of ENN Energy, and 50% by his spouse Zhao Baoju.
After such purchase, the shareholding of EGII in ENN Energy increases from 30.11% to 30.21% of the issued share capital, and remains as the single largest shareholder of ENN Energy.
