Sinotrans (00368) said it has agreed to purchase two vessels for US$98.5 million (equivalent to HK$768.3 million) from two shipping companies in Germany.
The vessels to be acquired include two capesize size vessels and will enable the company to expand its self-owned fleet of dry-bulk vessels.
Delivery of the vessels is expected to be made in November 2014.
