Truly International (00732) said its profit attributable to owners for the nine months ended 30 September 2014 dropped 28.3% year-on-year to HK$831 million.
Its basic earnings per share were HK28.54 cents.
The revenue was HK$15,664 million, an increase of 7.6% from a year earlier. The gross profit margin dropped to 11.6% from 13.3% for the corresponding period in 2013.
The Board has resolved to pay a third interim dividend of HK3 cents (2013: HK2 cents) per share, payable on 5 March 2015.
