Tysan Holdings (00687) said its profit attributable to ordinary equity holders for the six months ended 30 September 2014 jumped 1.02 times year-on-year to HK$185 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK21.18 cents.
The revenue was HK$2,347 million, an increase of 1.5% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK5 cents (2013: nil) per share, payable on 29 December.
