HKR International (00480) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 September 2014 surged 189.4% year-on-year to HK$634 million.
Its basic earnings per share were HK47 cents.
The turnover of continuing operations amounted to HK$3,245.4 million, an increase of 76.3% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK6 cents (2013: nil) per share, payable on 19 December.
