Greentown China (03900) said the Securities and Futures Commission expressed its concern over the possible implications of the proposed shares sale to Sunac China (01918) and that the parties should not proceed with completion until the relevant issues have been resolved.
The vendors will not proceed with completion until the relevant issues have been resolved. They are considering possible changes to the proposed transaction. No decision has been reached in relation to any such changes at this stage.
