Herald Holdings (00114) said its profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended 30 September 2014 dropped 16.1% year-on-year to HK$18.88 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK3.13 cents.
The turnover was HK$703 million, a decrease of 0.65% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK3 cents (2013: HK3 cents) per share, payable on 15 January 2015.
