Retail shops' rent in Hong Kong ranked the world's highest for the third year, according to Vigers Research.
The average rent in HK is around HK$2,813 psf per month, surpassing other first-tier cities like New York, Paris and London. As one of the major cities in Asia, HK is still a favorable location for high-end retail brands to expand their business, hence supporting the rental growth.
