Vigers Research said a 445 square feet unit at "Fung Tak Estate" in Diamond Hill was sold at HK$4 million or HK$8,989 psf, writing a new record for public housing transactions in Kowloon.
The unit appreciated three times in five years, with the owner raking in a gross profit of HK$3 million.
