Shengjing Bank (02066) announced that it has resolved to issue RMB-denominated bonds in a total amount of up to RMB1.5 billion to overseas investors, subject to obtaining shareholders' and regulatory approvals.
The proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be used to replenish the bank's medium-and long-term liquidity.
