China Overseas Grand Oceans Group (COGO) (00081) said its property contracted sales amounted to HK$1,186 million and the contracted GFA reached 129,900 square metres in March, an increase of 16.96% and 20.7% from a year earlier.
From January to March 2015, the total property contracted sales amounted to HK$3,347 million and the total contracted GFA reached 357,500 square metres.
As at the end of March 2015, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,379 million and the subscription GFA reached 104,400 square metres.
