Yuzhou Properties (01628) said it achieved sales of Rmb1,096 million in March with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 142,223 square metres, an increase of 55.7% and 124% from a year earlier. The average selling price was Rmb7,706 per square metre.
In the first three months of 2015, the accumulated sales of the Group was Rmb2,079 million with corresponding GFA sold of 259,694 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb8,005 per square metre. In addition, around Rmb684 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts.
