Asia Resources (00899) said it agreed to purchase a property, with a total gross floor area of 8,562.52 square metres, which comprises a portion of two four-storey (excluding of a single-storey basement) commercial buildings in a commercial and residential development project known as Jinma Waterfront Square located at Donghu Lakeside, Zengjiang Street, Zengcheng City, Guangdong Province at about Rmb130 million (subject to adjustments).
