Vigers Research said there were 596 secondary transactions of village houses in New Territories recorded for the first quarter of 2015, represnting an increase of 0.7% quarter-on-quarter.
While the transaction amount only rose 2.6% quarter-on-quarter to HK$2.08 billion, the total amount of village houses has increased for four consecutive quarters and hit an 11-quarter high.
