Shenguan Holdings (00829) said Rich Top Future Limited had acquired on-market 2 million shares in a series of transactions conducted yesterday, representing about 0.06% of the issued share capital.
Rich Top Future was beneficially owned by Chairman Zhou Yaxian as to about 65.45%. After the acquisition, Zhou holds about 65.71% equity interests in Shenguan.
