Sincere (00244) said its loss attributable to equity holders for the year ended 28 February 2015 widened to HK$123 million from HK$85.07 million for the previous financial year.
The basic and diluted loss per share was HK$0.39.
The revenue was HK$370 million, a decrease of 16.6% from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
