Bosideng International (03998) said its net profit attributable to equity shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2015 dropped 81% year-on-year to Rmb132 million.
The basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb1.66 cents and Rmb1.65 cents.
The revenue was Rmb6,293 million, a decrease of 23.6% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin decreased by 4.4 percentage points to 45.6%.
The proposed final dividend is HK1 cent per share, payable on or around 15 September.
