Kingston Financial (01031) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2015 rose 63.4% year-on-year to HK$1,259.6 million.
The basic and diluted earnings per share were HK7.25 cents.
The revenue was HK$2,479 million, an increase of 34.2% from a year earlier.
The significant increases were mainly due to the boost in income from securities brokerage, underwriting and placements, margin and IPO financing businesses.
No final dividend will be distributed (2014: HK1.5 cents per share).
