Alibaba Health Information Technology (00241) said its net loss attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2015 widened to HK$102 million from HK$39.2 million for the previous financial year.
The basic and diluted loss per share was HK1.3 cents.
The revenue was HK$37.18 million, an increase of 35.3% from a year earlier.
The increase of loss is mainly due to the Group's new business initiatives which include the increase of marketing expenses and the Group's early stage investment in human capital for the preparation of the technology infrastructure.
No final dividend will be distributed.
