Guangzhou R&F Properties (02777) said its contracted sales for June amounted to about Rmb4.25 billion with contracted sales area sold of around 348,500 square metres, an increase of 6% and 2% from a year earlier.
For the first half of 2015, the accumulated contracted sales amounted to around Rmb20.74 billion with contracted sales area sold of about 1.7 million square metres.
