The Lands Department said today a site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 226 at Chong San Road, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, New Territories, in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on 17 July and close on 28 August.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 226 has a site area of about 17,121 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 36,981 square metres and 61,635 square metres.
