Logan Property (03380) said the contracted sales and contracted saleable gross floor area of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2015 were about Rmb8.41 billion and 1.245 million square metres.
In June, the contracted sales of the Group was around Rmb2.15 billion, an increase of 7.5% from a month earlier and up 1.35 times from a year earlier, and the corresponding contracted saleable gross floor area was around 315,000 square metres.
