Longfor Properties (00960) said it recorded contracted sales of Rmb6.79 billion in June, representing a month-on-month growth of 68.5% and year-on-year growth of 47.6%, with contracted sales in terms of GFA amounting to 368,000 square metres.
For the first half of 2015, the developer achieved aggregated contracted sales of Rmb21.64 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 6.7%, with contracted sales in terms of GFA amounting to 1.792 million square metres, representing a slight drop of 2.9% from a year earlier. During the period, the Group's average selling price climbed by 9.9% year-on-year to Rmb12,076 per square metre.
