Gemdale Properties (00535) said it achieved contracted sales of about Rmb1,079 million in June with contracted sales area of about 58,700 square metres, an increase of 67.3% and 12% from a year earlier. The average selling price was around Rmb18,400 per square metre.
For the first half of 2015, the accumulated contracted sales amounted to about Rmb4,166 million with contracted sales area of about 244,600 square metres.
