Shui On Land (00272) said its contracted residential property sales amounted to Rmb662 million in June, an increase of 58% year-on-year, for a gross floor area (GFA) of 42,700 square metres and 40 units of carpark. The average selling price was Rmb15,500 per square metre.
For the first six months of 2015, the accumulated contracted property sales amounted to Rmb3,263 million with GFA sold of 200,700 square metres, an increase of 16% and 53% over the same period last year. The average selling price was Rmb16,300 per square metre. In addition, 881 units of carpark were sold in the first six months of 2015.
In addition to the contracted property sales reported above, as of 30 June 2015, the Group had recorded a total amount of Rmb493 million of subscribed property sales, which is expected to be subsequently turned into contracted property sales in the following months.
