Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (00405) said its interim distribution for the six months ended 30 June 2015 rose 5.4% year-on-year to Rmb342 million.
Distribution per unit was Rmb12.13 cents (equivalent to HK15.37 cents), an increase of 4.8% from a year earlier. This represents a yield of about 3.6% (2014: 3.9%) based on the closing price of HK$4.27 per unit as at 30 June 2015 (30 June 2014: HK$3.75). This represents an annualized distribution yield of 7.2%.
Net property income amounted to Rmb495 million, up 6.8% year-on-year. As at 30 June 2015, the overall occupancy rate of the properties was about 96.8%.
The 2015 interim distribution will be paid on 28 October.
