Coach (06388) said its net income for the year ended 27 June 2015 dropped 48.5% year-on-year to US$402.4 million.
The basic and diluted net income per share was US$1.46 and US$1.45.
Net sales amounted to US$4,191.6 million, a decrease of 12.8% from a year earlier. Gross profit dropped 11.8% year-on-year to US$2,908.6 million.
For the fourth quarter ended 27 June 2015, net income declined 84.4% year-on-year to US$11.7 million.
The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.3375 per common share, payable on 28 September.
