Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health (02389) said it agreed to acquire Building No. 1, No. 3 Boda Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing named "Owner City" at up to Rmb63 million.
The company will issue a total of up to 98.44 million consideration shares at HK$0.8 apiece as consideration for acquisition of the property, representing a premium of about 5.26% to the closing price of HK$0.76.
The property is situated in a commercial building with a gross area of 2,579.7 square metres. After completion, Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health intends to use the property as its head office and principal place of business in Beijing. The car parking spaces comprised in the property will be used by the Group for its ordinary business.
