Suncorp Technologies (01063) said Zhu Xiao Dong has resigned as the chairman and executive director with effect from yesterday so as to devote more time in developing Sino-Japanese business relationship.
Zhu has confirmed that he has no claim against the company and has no disagreement with the Board.
